The BBC today announced that to ensure greater Respect at Work, it will be updating its Anti Bullying and Harassment Guidelines for Production Companies who make audio programmes for them. You can find the BBC’s guidelines here.
This is a very important issue, and all production companies need to ensure they are acting correctly.
Therefore we are now providing an Anti Bullying and Harassment Policy template on the AudioUK website, which member companies can download and use. It is not BBC specific and can be used as a general policy for companies who do not already have one in place.
